On ID Hubspot, choose which project template or a custom project you need.
You must file fill out the following:
Project Name
Project Description
Estimated Hours
Cost ( It is a fixed fee paid upon completion)
Start Date
End Date

7. Enter any desired skills you want applicants to have
8. Add the amount number of Micro-Interns needed for the project
9. Choose your preference of which students you want on the project ( No Preference, Undergrad, Graduate)
10. Type at least two question questions the applicants will have to answer, You can add more.
Review Applicants
Go to the open tab of your projects
Click the desired project you want to review applicants for.
Scroll and press the “Review Applicants” button
To see a person’s application, click the “Details” button
After reviewing the applicants applicant’s details, you have the options option either send them a message , or hire them for the job.
If you have applicants you do not want to hire based off on what you saw, in the top right there is a button to hide an applicant.
Q and A
Is it necessary to add universities to the project application?
Yes, adding universities will have you show up in applicants featured project on the top of their page because it matched with their affiliated school. To better your chances, add multiple schools around the desired area.
Can I add affiliations that are do not appear on the search bar?
No, adding organizations that do not show up in the drop menu will show up as invalid and you will not be able to post the application until its removal.
Can I add custom desired skills?
Yes, if you need a specific skill that doesn’t show up in the search menu, you can add a custom one.
How can I make to show my project is On-Site and Remote (Hybrid)?
Unfortunately, there is no option of showing a project is hybrid, our recommendation would be to add that to the project description for the applicants?
